Dating in the Second Half of Life

I'm thrilled to be leading this women's workshop on how to navigate today's dating world. I've had my fair share of overwhelming and painful experiences in the dating scene during midlife. I was disheartened and on the verge of giving up.

 

But I came to understand that with every dating-challenge I experienced, I was learning a great deal about the importance of honoring my needs, listening to my intuition, and clarifying where I would no longer settle. These lessons have informed an aspect of my work as a coach and therapist that I’m most passionate about:  helping women navigate the dating world with confidence—so that they can find and sustain a healthy and fulfilling partnership. 

 

I’ve come to understand that regardless of your past, your current self—who you are right now—is the one who’s most equipped to find your best relationship yet.  

 

Heart-Wise is designed to help you overcome the fear of today's dating world where technology muddies the water of authentic connection. This program will clarify what a real and meaningful relationship looks like for you.

Creating this course and community for women is something I deeply believe in—it's the resource I wish I had during my struggles. I understand where women often go wrong while dating later in life, and I'm keenly aware of the unique challenges we face. Together we will navigate this path, supporting each other and embracing our authentic selves so that we can find and cultivate the relationships we deserve.
