About Julia Gurzi
Hi, I’m Julia! Happy you made it here. I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT #148828, under the supervision of Jesse Whittle-Utter, LMFT #79783.
I approach therapy with the belief that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to be a collaborative partner in your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Through my own experiences, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression. I strive to create a therapeutic space marked by genuine curiosity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard for every client.
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples, particularly during the perinatal and postpartum phases. Over the past decade, I’ve worked closely with couples and families, gaining firsthand insight into how societal pressures can strain relationships and impact family dynamics. This work has strengthened my commitment to helping clients cultivate meaningful connections and develop skills to thrive in their relationships.
Whether your goal is to heal from past trauma or to enhance your life through new perspectives and strategies, I’m here to honor your journey and provide the guidance you need. My practice is rooted in inclusivity, and I am fully aligned with the LGBTQIA+ community.
I currently offer therapy sessions via Telehealth and invite you to reach out for a complimentary 10-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I’d be honored to support you on your path to wellness.
