Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

A powerful, integrative approach to healing the mind, body, and spirit.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) combines the use of ketamine with psychotherapy to support emotional healing, reduce suffering, and create new possibilities for growth. Research has demonstrated that KAT is not only safe but also effective in treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, and alcohol abuse. In some cases, it has shown promise in addressing certain types of trauma.

While ketamine can offer powerful shifts in perspective on its own, therapy provides the structure, preparation, and integration needed to help those insights take root in everyday life. At our practice, ketamine-assisted therapy is offered in partnership with trained therapists who approach this work with care, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique process.

What to Expect:

Ketamine therapy is not a quick fix — it’s a collaborative process designed to support you before, during, and after your session.

Preparation:
Before your session, we’ll have an initial consultation to discuss your goals and tailor a plan. We’ll also focus on grounding practices like meditation or light yoga to help you feel centered and ready.

Session:
During your ketamine session, you’ll relax in a safe, comfortable space. As the ketamine takes effect, you’ll explore your inner world with guidance, uncovering insights and emotional clarity.

Integration:
After the session, we’ll work together to process your experience and integrate these insights into your daily life through journaling, creative expression, or follow-up therapy.

If you're seeking relief from mental health challenges or looking to explore personal growth, KAT may be a transformative option. Ready to begin? Let’s start with a consultation.
